Day 1: Arrive into Melbourne

Guided Tour of Melbourne Cricket Ground
Welcome to Melbourne - the most romantic city in Australia. On arrival, collect your Car from Airport Desk from your car rental company. Drive down to your hotel Located in CBD area. Breakfast after Check in (guaranteed early check-in). Later in afternoon visit CBD of Melbourne, where you can see the Federation Square, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Shrine of Remembrance and Art Center. Reach Melbourne Cricket Ground Gate no 3 atleast 10 Minutes before 03.00pm to enjoy a guided tour of the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground. (Visit to MCG from inside will not be available during Christmas Day, Good Friday and major MCG event days). Overnight at hotel in Melbourne. (B)

 

Day 2: Melbourne

Yarra Valley with Dandenong Ranges
After Breakfast, Visit Yarra Valley, Dandenongs & The Ranges, which is one of Melbourne's favourite retreats offering good food, fine wine, welcoming accommodation and unique attractions in natural surroundings.Take the Burwood Highway to Belgrave where each day the Puffing Billy Steam Railway winds through the forests and fern gullies of the Dandenong Ranges National Park. Feed the crimson rosellas at Grants Picnic Grounds or visit the sculptures at William Ricket Sanctuary.Follow Monbulk Road to Lilydale and them on to Yarra Glen via the Melba Highway, gateway to the Yarra Valley wineries. There are more than 35 wineries to choose from, including famous names such as Domaine Chandon, Eyton on yarra, De Bortoli and Yering Station. Return to Melbourne along the Maroondah Highway via Lilydale and Mooroolbark. Road Distance or driving distance from Melbourne to Yarra Valley is approx 61 kms (One Way). Overnight at Melbourne. Day 3: Melbourne

The Penguin Parade is Australia’s most popular wildlife attraction and home to the one of the largest Little Penguin colonies in the world. Every sunset, wild Little Penguins emerge from the sea and waddle across the beach to their sand dune burrows. The Penguin Parade is the best place to experience this natural phenomenon. Day 4: Melbourne - Apollo Bay

Great Ocean Road
Today, you drive to the Great Ocean Road. You will be spellbound by the sheer beauty of the Great Ocean Road which stretches along the Southeast coast of Australia between Geelong & Warrnambool. See the world famous ‘Twelve Apostles’. Its origins is about 10 - 20 million years ago when billions of tiny skeletal fragments created limestone formations & later exposed to violent seas and winds that carved out these remarkable features. Road Distance or driving distance from Melbourne to Apollo Bay is 188 Kms (One Way). Overnight at hotel in Apollo Bay Area. (B + D)

 

Day 5: Return Home with Wonderful Memories

Today, after breakfast check out and Drive towards the airport for your flight back home. After arriving Airport Park the car and drop the keys at designated area. It's time to say GoodBye to all the new friends you have made. We hope you take back happy many memories of Melbourne.   • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • This package cost is based on national AUD rate at Rs. 47/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as AUD is too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don’t get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying / selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s Currency trading site.
  • To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs. 500/- (pp) extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.
  • Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.

Terms & Conditions

  • Tour operated subject to minimum 20 passengers.
  • Need Visa Document within 02 days after Booking.
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Due to operational reasons, the routing of tour may be amended. However all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
  • As hotels / Flights / Itinerary / Route are subject to change without notice, no compensation will be paid for changes.
  • You must be in possession of a valid Multiple Entry Australia Visa. The cost of this Visa is included in your tour price. Some Consulates may request for a personal interview. You will have to attend this Interview.
  • The 3rd person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed
  • Hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • The Service Voucher(s) along with air-tickets and other travel documents would be given to you 4 days prior to the departure, only on payment of full tour cost including foreign exchange component 30 days prior to the departure of the tour and adherence to the schedule of documentation by you.
  • If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost including foreign exchange component and deposits at the time of booking.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Please take care of all your personal belongings and valuable and note that Local Operator will not be held liable for any loss.
  • Any increase in rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking
    This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.
    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
    • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 25,000/- shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 44 to 31 days prior to departure, 40% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 14 to 08 days prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made anytime less then 07 days prior to departure or In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If Visa got rejected for any Reason Minimum Rs. 25,000/- per person will be deducted towards processing from your amount before 31 days of Travel (Within 30 days of Travel date Visa rejection Charges as per Cancellation Policy).
  • In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.
  • In case of Third Party Products (Flight, Hotel, Rail, Cruise, etc.) the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.
