Package Options:
Day 1: Arrive Srinagar (Half day Sightseeing tour)

On your arrival at the Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. From the airport it is a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city. The drive takes you past the Abdullah Bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum River. You will be transferred to the hotel for check in.

Later proceed for a half day local sightseeing that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Built in between a period of 14 years the two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was fascinating. With a backdrop of the sprawling Zabarwan Mountains, the gardens boast of green turfs, blooming flowers and cascading water fountains. We will explore the gardens and later go for a 60 Minutes Shikara ride in Dal Lake. This boat ride glides you past some wonderful vegetable gardens and aquatic life. Later return to the hotel & have dinner.

Day 2: Full day trip to Gulmarg

After breakfast in the morning, we will begin our country side day trip towards Gulmarg. The drive past colorful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesue market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. We arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and begin a short tour around the meadow familiarizing ourselves with the beauty. In Gulmarg we will board the Gondola cable car system (Ticket cost to be paid directly by Guest), and ascend towards the Affarawat Mountain range. The 8 minutes of ropeway will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Afarwatt peak. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so & later do some horse-riding (Charges to be paid directly by Guest) to the strawberry valley. In the evening we will drive back to Srinagar where we can take a walk along the banks of the Dal Lake or simply rest in the cozy rooms of our hotel after having dinner.

Day 3: Full day trip to Pahalgam

Have breakfast in the morning at hotel, get ready for a trip to a picturesque valley around 97 kilometres South of Kashmir. Known as Pahalgam (which means The Shepherd’s Village), the valley is renowned the world over for its exotic forests, pretty water streams and imposing snow peaks. In Pahalgam you can visit Betaab Valley and Chandanwari as well as take a horse riding trip to Baisaran meadows (Optional tour cost to be paid directly by Guest). After sightseeing around the mountain valley for most of the day, we will drive back to Srinagar and transfer to the hotel. Have dinner before going for a relaxed sleep.

Day 4: Visit Shankaracharya Temple

Today after breakfast we will visit one of the most sacred temple’s of Kashmir known as Shankaracharya. Located on a picturesque hill to the South East of Srinagar, the temple is named after Lord Shankarachrya - A great philosopher who visited the valley about ten centuries ago. The temple is built on a high octagonal plinth approached by a flight of steps. The summit of the hill is crowned with a picturesque edifice. This hill was called Jetha Larak and afterwards it was named Gopadari Hill. Some are of opinion that the temple at the top was originally built by King Sandiman (2629-2564 B.C.). There were 300 golden and silver images in it. We will explore the temple and also view some amazing locations of the Dal Lake and the city below. We will later drive back to the hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure for individual activities. Later have dinner at the hotel.

Day 5: Departure

After a late morning breakfast, pack your bags & check out from the hotel. We will drive to the airport for your flight home. (Breakfast)

    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.

Important Information

  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the resort. This is mandatory.

  • For Houseboats and Hotel stay- Due to heavy cold waves in parts of Jammu & Kashmir, the houseboats and Hotels are facing immense hardships in terms of water supply and irregular electricity therefore the water supply in washroom areas might be provided in buckets, etc.

  • For Gulmarg- In Case of heavy snowfall, there will be a change of the vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms before Gulmarg. Snowjeeps or chained vehicles will be used from there up to Gulmarg and back so clients have to pay additional amount (as applicable) directly for a return trip.

  • Clients have to make direct payment for the below sightseeing points:
  • Pahalgam: Horse Riding, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley & Baisaran Valley.
  • Gulmarg: Horse Riding, Gondola Ride, Zorbing or any other sports activity.

Terms & Conditions

  • Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight.
  • In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis.
  • Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
  • Web check in is not possible in our group packages.
  • In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
  • Complimentary Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
  • All Tours & Transfers are outsourced facility and the hotel has no control on the profile and behavior of fellow passengers on board, moreover the hotel is not responsible for the safety and security of the in-house guests availing the same.
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Mini bar facility available in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
  • Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
    Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs
    Lunch: 1300 - 1500 hrs
    Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs

Cancellation Policy

  • Airlines tickets once issued are Non Refundable.
  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 8,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
