Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Bhubaneswar (Local Sightseeing tour) Drive to Puri

On arrival at Bhubaneswar, our local tour representative will meet you at the Airport. Later proceed for Bhubaneswar Local sightseeing tour before getting transferred to Puri. En-route visit 108 Shivling temple, Lingaraj Temple, Chausath (64) Yogini temple, Dhauli (the peace pagoda). Later continue your drive to Puri. On arrival, transfer to the hotel for Check in. Evening is free at own leisure. You may step out and spend some time on the beach & later return to the hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 2: Sightseeing tour & Chilika Lake tour

Today morning take a fill at morning breakfast and proceed for Lord Jagannath darshan at Sri Jagannath Temple and visit Gundicha Temple, Mausima Temple & Bedi Hanuman Temple. Later leave for Chilika Lake (Satapada) which is a famous point to spot the Dolphins. En route visit Alarnath Temple. At Chilika Lake- Take a boat ride (By own cost on direct payment) to meet the Irrawaddy Dolphins in nature and the Hradaya – Sagar Sangam or the sea mouth (the point where the lake meets the sea). Enjoy the day at Chilika Lake (India's biggest inland lake spread over 1,100 square kilometers). Late afternoon, return to Puri and rest of the day to enjoy and relax at the golden beach.

Note: At Sri Jagannath Temple - Only Hindus are allowed inside the shrine to offer prayers to the sibling deities in the sanctum sanctorum/ Non-Hindus are NOT allowed.

Day 3: Puri - Konark - Bhubaneswar

Take a fill at morning breakfast & pack your bags. Check out from the hotel then drive to Konark on a marine drive, en route visit Ramchandi Temple and Chandrabhaga Beach. Later visit the famous Konark Sun Temple called Black Pagoda, the 12th-century temple richly decorated with stone carving, attracts around one lakh devotees every day from all around the world.

Later, you will drive to Bhubaneswar and if time permits visit Nandankanan Zoological Park (Closed on Monday) -This zoo is famous for variety of wildlife & also famous for the white Tiger.

Evening, transfer to the hotel, check-in at the hotel and relax.

Day 4: Bhubaneswar Tour | Flight to Delhi

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and will proceed to visit the temple and other places in Bhubaneswar. Visit – Rajarani Temple, Mukteshwar Temple, Parshurameshwaram Temple, Kedar Gouri Temple, Tribal Museum (Closed on Monday).

Later continue your drive to Bhubaneswar Airport to catch your return Flight for Delhi. Hope you had a Great trip. We would like to receive your feedback on your return.


Note: Nandankanan Zoo, State Museum and Tribal Museum remain closed on Monday and on state Holidays.

Tentative Itinerary

Above Itinerary is just indicative, do not consider it as a Final Schedule. Date & Time of Tours can be changed by Local Agent / Tour Operator.

NOTE: The above tour cost is based on a minimum 04 Pax - All transfers, drive and sightseeing on sharing basis.


Supplement/ Add-On Cost -

1) For minimum 2 Pax – The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 pax / upgrade into an exclusive private vehicle @ INR 2,999/- per person additional on above tour cost.

2) Provide Sedan Car for 02 to 04 Pax. (If wants to upgrade to Innova Car @ INR 8,000/- per vehicle additional)

3) Tentative Airfare - The tentative airfare (Delhi-Bhubaneswar-Delhi) calculated @ Rs.14,000/- per person, any difference in airfare at the time of booking would be charged additional. (Airfare is subject to change until and unless NOT ticketed).

Notes:

  • Tour cost is based on base room category. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
  • Minimum 4 passengers are required to operate the group trip.
  • All sightseeing timings are subject to local road, weather and traffic conditions.
  • Govt. ID with address proof/passport with valid visa is compulsory during the journey/ to stay at hotel.
  • The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
  • A service of vehicle and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not at disposal.
  • No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
  • All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
  • Package Cost NOT valid on Black out dates, long weekends, Durga Puja & Holi, Ratha Yatra, Independence & Republic Day, Christmas & New Year time, Local festival dates, Medical or other Conference time.
  • The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly there.
  • Early Check-in and late Check out are subject to rooms availability & would be provided on extra payment.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.


Remarks

  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same room, is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed (subject to hotel policy and conditions).
  • Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in hotel.
  • This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in airlines or in hotel.
  • The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.

COVID-19 Guidelines - Terms and conditions.

  • 100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel reservation.
  • Please provide government issued ids to process the reservation and need to carry physical copy during the travel and for stay at hotels.
  • Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
  • The guest must carry confirmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at hotel.
  • Check in time is 1400 hours and check out time is 0900 hours in Puri Hotels.
  • Fixed /chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • Guests showing any covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the Hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked Hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow Govt Covid guidelines, hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotel, etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
  • If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.


Cancellation Policy:-

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount
  • Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel: 20% of total package cost
  • Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel: 30% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel: 50% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel: 75% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel: 100% package amount will be forfeited


  • All the documents will be delivered over email and at your WhatsApp number only.
  • In case a passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to a health conditions then entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as a new booking only.

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.
