Day 1: Arrive Jaisalmer

On reaching your hotel at Jaisalmer, you will be greeted and welcomed at the hotel lobby. Check in and relax. After taking rest for a while, get ready to visit the famous and beautiful Sam Sand Dunes. Enjoy camel ride in the sand dunes. It is the most popular excursion of Jaisalmer to experience the glorious stretch of sweeping sand dunes. Return back to the hotel at night and get a relaxed sleep to wake up afresh in the morning.

Day 2: Jaisalmer (City Tour)

Enjoy morning breakfast at the hotel and get ready. Today we will go for a sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer Fort, grand palaces and beautiful havelis.
We visit Jaisalmer Fort, more often known as Sonar Quila meaning the Golden Fort. Rising from the sand, it is a super imposing structure. The colour of the fort perfectly merges with the golden hues of the sand and creates breathtaking views in different colours with setting sun. See the huge bastions, royal palace complex and dive into the incredible beauty of history.
Visit the havelis of rich merchants carved most beautifully and intricately. See Patwon Ji Ki Haveli, one of the largest and most elaborate Haveli of Jaisalmer. It is five storeys high and is divided into six apartments; two each owned by ASI, families operating craft-shops and the remaining two are private homes. Admire the beautiful murals on the walls by paints and mirrors, exquisitely carved pillars and extensive corridors and chambers.

Day 3: Departure

Wake up early to catch the golden sunrise views. Have a fill at breakfast in the hotel and pack your bags to check out. Bid goodbyes to the wonderful city. Transfer to airport or railway station for your onward / return journey.

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the resort. This is mandatory.

Terms & Conditions

  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • Complimentary Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours (if any) shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
  • All Tours & Transfers are outsourced facility and the hotel has no control on the profile and behavior of fellow passengers on board, moreover the hotel is not responsible for the safety and security of the in-house guests availing the same.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Mini bar facility available in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
    Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs
    Lunch: 1300 - 1500 hrs
    Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs
    These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
